I have three levels of superior wedding services available for you to choose from: Basic, Standard, and Full-Service. The prices vary from $125 up to $400*, depending on each couple's wishes. I perform weddings in all locations, both indoors and outdoors, in the greater Tampa Bay area.  All weddings include custom written vow ceremonies to ensure your ceremony is personal and meaningful.

Elopements at my location are only $75 - $125*.
 

Basic Service. This 5-10 minute ceremony is for those on a budget, and includes pretty much only the exchange of wedding vows and rings. Often the Bride and Groom are the only ones present, plus maybe a handful of relatives and friends. Quite frankly, your best price is at the County courthouse, where they only charge around $20 to get married. But if you want to have your ceremony outside, in a restaurant, on a boat, or in a private home, etc., then you need someone like myself.

The fee for services is  only $125 - $200** (plus $.75 per mile over 20 miles round-trip), and there is no meeting or rehearsal ahead of time. We will briefly go over the basics of the ceremony on the phone, and then we'll meet at the wedding. 

If you are having a large wedding and reception with a lot of guests, this brief "vows only" ceremony is inappropriate, and won't look right to your guests. It may even look like you don't take your vows seriously. And any latecomers to the ceremony may miss the whole thing. You should have a more complete ceremony
.


Standard Service.
If a couple only wants a short 10-20 minute ceremony, my fee is $175 - 300* (plus $.75 per mile over 40 miles round-trip). That includes a telephone interview and/or a short personal meeting at my location just prior to the wedding to cover the basics of what they want included in the ceremony, and any special attributes to be added to the ceremony - like a Sand Ceremony or Unity Candle (See: Special Ceremony Additions).  Although I do provide a custom, written "script" of the ceremony to each couple in advance, there is no in-depth planning meeting as in the Full Service. Also, I do not provide a rehearsal, but usually you can do that yourselves (I will provide you with a rehearsal guide).

When paying, it’s helpful to make an envelope for all vendors to whom you owe a balance.  Put the remaining balance (IN CASH) in each envelope to hand out after the ceremony. It’s sometimes nice to give the envelopes to the best man or one of the fathers to hand out for you – plus it gives them an important job and relieves you of added responsibility on the biggest day of your life!


 *There will be an additional premium for ceremonies scheduled to occur within the same week of booking and for ceremonies held during holiday days/weekend/weeks, including Valentines Day.


A $25.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due within FIVE DAYS of booking your wedding date. 

I accept PayPal for deposits from out-of-state couples or couples who live more than 25 miles away. By paying through PayPal, you understand that the deposit will not be refunded if your wedding is cancelled for any reason, you choose another officiant, or you change your date to a date that I do not have available.  Thank you for your business!  There is an additional $7 charge, that is not part of your contract total for using paypal services.
 


Full Service.
The overwhelming majority of couples I've met with have wanted a really special wedding ceremony, lasting 20-35 minutes. They have chosen to have a celebration of love that is customized and personalized, just for them.  In order to do that, I need to meet personally with them for one to two hours at my location. We will go over a checklist that covers just about anything you can think of.  Then I will write up a completely customized wedding "script" for them, with all of their special choices included.  Then 1-2 weeks before their wedding I will email, mail, or fax the script over to them so they can modify it if needed.  I will attend and conduct the rehearsal - if selected as part of the plan - and walk everyone through their parts of the ceremony.  As a result, their wedding ceremony will be wonderful, meaningful, and exactly what they want.  It usually takes me about 10 hours to prepare for a full-service wedding.  The price for this service is $250 to $500* (depending on what each couple wants; plus $.75 per mile over 40 miles round-trip).


There is a $25 to $50 (depending on service selected) non-refundable deposit due at the first planning meeting (or by mail within 5 days of booking)to hold your date, and the balance is due in CASH at your ceremony/signing of the license.  If paying  by check, the remaining balance must be paid two weeks prior to the wedding date.

Avoid the courthouse and have a private ceremony, alone or with a few friends at my location.

Elopement/Short-Notice fees start at $75* at my location, depending on notice and time of elopement.    Music, flowers and a veil can be used, free of charge.

Make your elopement pictures special!  We have a selection of veils and silk bouquets for your use at our location, absolutely free.

IMPORTANT:  A marriage license must be obtained THREE DAYS PRIOR to your elopement.  There is a THREE-DAY WAITING PERIOD for all marriage licenses obtained by Florida Residents (without counseling).  There is NO WAITING PERIOD for people who both reside outside of Florida (driver's license required as proof).   WITNESSES ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED IN FLORIDA. 
All fees for service are religious honorariums.
